Join us for dinner with Trevor Smith!  Trevor and his wife, Jordan, live in Durham with their four kids. After getting married in 2005, they spent a year in Johannesburg, South Africa where Trevor worked with Endeavor, an NGO that identifies and assists small businesses in emerging markets. He spent two years as an analyst at Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management group and, after business school at HBS, spent five years in private equity investing at One Equity Partners, both in New York City.

In 2014 they moved to Durham and acquired a travel management company, Maupin Travel, where Trevor serves as President. Maupin Travel’s 28-person team serves corporate and university customers (including UNC) as well as leisure customers. Trevor and Jordan are active members of Christ Central Church in Durham and enjoy traveling, college basketball and home schooling their children. Trevor earned his BA from Princeton and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

4D Dinners provide a regular opportunity for UNC students and local alums to slow down, enjoy a family-style meal, and hear from a lineup of thoughtful guest speakers reflecting on how their faith has shaped their respective vocations.
